Flow Video is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to assist the CEO in generating and closing sales leads for new video production projects. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in sales or fundraising, and is comfortable speaking about Flow’s unique service offerings to Marketing Directors, Communication Directors, and executives within local and national brands and non-profits. The Sales Associate will report directly to the CEO.

This is a part-time (approx. 15-20 hours/week) hybrid position based at our Royal Oak, Michigan location. The role is a 60/40 split: 60% remote work with 40% in-person team or sales meetings in the metro Detroit area.

• Several years of successful experience in sales/fundraising
• Confident presenter and phone conversationalist
• Familiarity with Sales CRM / database management
• Fluency with Google Workspace array of products
• Email and phone etiquette for business
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Willingness to learn copiously, fail fast, and constantly improve

• Prepare and maintain Lead Sheets of potential customers within our Sales CRM (Asana)
• Develop sales campaigns within specific industries in line with strategies developed alongside the CEO
• Initiate sales calls and email outreach to prospects
• Be able to quickly qualify a lead as a viable prospect basedon communication with leads
• Engage past and current clients to drive repeat business
• Work with Flow design team to develop social media marketing strategies and implement them (e.g. content calendar, DM/private outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Attend in-person sales meetings and competently and confidently describe Flow’s services to interested buyers

• Social media content design/management experience
• Interest in learning about Video Production and Marketing field, expanding role to better serve organization

$20-$30 per hour, depending on experience
